Please accept my appreciation for your rep, Kevin, who came to my rescue. When I arrived at work this morning, it became apparent my computer had a problem. I called your company and Kevin was here within half and hour. He fixed my problem in a timely manner. I think Kevin is the epitome of what people like to see when you are in need of a technical person to help you with your computer. He was on time, kind, didn't act condescending with his knowledge, and was truthful with me regarding what it took to correct the problem. He certainly had the opportunity to tell me a lot of things were wrong but he was honest with the situation.
